(GCMMF – Amul), the world-renowned dairy co-operative and India’s largest food brand, is the Chief Promoter of SPCDF. Under the guidance of the Hon’ble Union Home and Co-operation Minister, Government of India, Sardar Patel Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited (SPCDF) has been duly registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (Registration No. MSCS/CR/1637/2025, dated 3rd July 2025).

Village Co-operative Societies (VCS) registered under the respective State Co-operative Societies Acts form the primary membership of SPCDF. Farmers in states such as West Bengal will have local co-operatives that are directly connected to a national federation.
